“Mobile Museum” Brings Cultural Heritage to Youth in Pukë

The “Mobile Museum” project brought cultural heritage closer to the Pukë community. It connected the “Qoshe Kulture” Cultural Center with the National Historical Museum.
The event engaged students and the public in exploring local history. Students learned how museums preserve culture and history. They recorded family artifacts to create a “museum object passport.”
Activities ran in Mirditë, Pukë, and Dimal. Participation was high, especially in Mirditë. Roshi highlighted Bleartin, a talented boy from Pukë who wants to study history.
The program featured two exhibitions:
- “Treasures of the National Historical Museum” – showing Albania’s historic artifacts.
- “My Museum – A Window to the Past” – students displayed objects from Pukë and connected generations.
Youth, teachers, and residents explored heritage in an interactive way. The project was supported by Balkan Museum Network and Headley Trust UK.
