Islam Dudaev started the year with a medal. The Albanian wrestler won silver at the “Yaşar Doğu, Vehbi Emre, and Hamit Kaplan” International Tournament in Turkey.

Dudaev reached the podium in the 70 kg category in freestyle wrestling. He brought another success to Albania in this discipline.

The 30-year-old faced Kyrgyzstan’s wrestler Tabaldjev. Dudaev has multiple successes for Albania. He won the European Championship in 2024 and a bronze medal at the Paris Olympic Games.
