Prishtina 2030 Mediterranean Games to feature 24 sports in a dynamic and inclusive program

The 21st edition of the Mediterranean Games, “Prishtina 2030,” set to take place in Kosovo and across the region, will include a broad and diverse sports program with 24 disciplines. The lineup features both classic Olympic events and several new additions.
The planned sports include athletics, boxing, judo, karate, weightlifting, wrestling, swimming, water polo, sailing, shooting, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, handball, 3×3 basketball, fencing, cycling (road and mountain bike), artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, badminton, taekwondo, and futsal — which officially replaces traditional U21 football in this edition.
Organizers may also add two or three more sports, such as Baseball5, canoe sprint, kickboxing, or skating disciplines, depending on future proposals.
This wide-ranging program marks one of the most extensive in the history of the Mediterranean Games, reflecting the organizers’ vision for an inclusive and vibrant sporting event.
