First, Tourism, Culture, and Sports Minister Blendi Gonxhja honored Holocaust victims. He highlighted the Albanian value of besa.
This tradition became an act of humanism and saved Jewish lives during World War II.

Next, Gonxhja mentioned the “Besa” Museum. It is now in the funding and implementation phase. He said the museum will serve as a space for documentation and reflection on this spiritual value of Albanians.

Moreover, in cooperation with AADF, work continues on the Jewish Museum in Vlora. It will showcase traditions of solidarity and humanism deeply rooted in Albanian culture.
The museum will highlight the unique connection between Albanians and the Jewish community locally and globally.
