First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Glauk Konjufca met with Peter Sorensen, the European Union Special Representative for the Kosovo–Serbia dialogue.

During the meeting, Konjufca informed Sorensen that the dialogue process will now fall under the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.

According to an official statement, the two discussed the current momentum of the dialogue. They also exchanged views on the approach and principles needed to ensure a more effective and sustainable process.

Moreover, Deputy Prime Minister Konjufca reaffirmed that the Republic of Kosovo remains committed to viewing the dialogue as an opportunity to improve relations with Serbia—as two sovereign states on their shared path toward European integration.
