The General Directorate of Archives and the State Archives Agency of Kosovo will hold the 10th Nationwide Archival Conference on June 12–13.

The conference will take place in a center of Albanian heritage. It will allow participants to share results and coordinate archival activities nationwide. After Pristina, Skopje, Saranda, Tuzi, Boletin, Manastir, Elbasan, and Shën Mitri, Prizren will host this edition.

DPA invites civil servants and archival professionals to submit abstracts by April 5 at botime.arkiva.gov.al. DPA and ASHAK work across borders to preserve, manage, and serve the documentation of the Albanian nation.

The invitation also targets institutions that preserve documents or promote historical and cultural memory. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Kosovo Archives, which will guide the conference’s thematic focus.

Presenters’ materials will appear in Arkivat Shqiptare, the field’s only journal covering archives across Albanian territories.
