TIRANA, March 19 – The European Union envoy for the Kosova-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen, said that the agreement with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on implementing the Law on Foreigners was achieved through a constructive and pragmatic approach.

Sorensen made the remarks during a meeting with United Nations official Jan Pierre Lacroix. He emphasized that the positive spirit of negotiations enabled last weekend’s agreement.

The discussion also focused on the need to advance the implementation of the 2023 Ohrid Agreement.

“I had a productive conversation on recent developments in the Dialogue, the constructive and pragmatic spirit that enabled last weekend’s agreement, and the need to advance the implementation of the 2023 Ohrid Agreement. I look forward to further discussions at the UN next week,” Sorensen said.
