On his birth anniversary, the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Albania honored him with respect. He holds the title “Honor of the Nation.”

He studied at the Sofia Conservatory. He graduated with a Gold Medal. Then, he specialized at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. As a result, he built a strong artistic foundation.

Moreover, he became a leading soloist in Albania. He developed an outstanding career on stage. He performed a wide range of roles from both Albanian and world repertoire.

He interpreted works by Albanian composers like Prenkë Jakova and Avni Mula. At the same time, he performed masterpieces by Giuseppe Verdi, Gioachino Rossini, and Giacomo Puccini.

In addition, he played leading roles in major operas. These include La Traviata, Rigoletto, and Carmen. Therefore, he became a key name in Albanian lyric art.

Beyond opera, he also performed Albanian folk songs. Thus, he kept a strong link with national tradition.

Furthermore, he helped found the Institute of Arts in Tirana. There, he taught and trained many young singers. As a result, his influence continued through new generations.

He received many high honors. These include “Honor of the Nation” and “People’s Artist.”

Finally, he represented Albania abroad. He joined tours and festivals across Europe. In this way, he promoted Albanian opera with dignity.
