Albanian National Institute of Cultural Heritage announced the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Agency for the Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes of Kosova.

The memorandum aims to strengthen collaboration in the restoration and conservation of cultural heritage, with a focus on objects affected by the recent conflict in Kosova. It also supports the preservation and promotion of historically significant sites that the Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes of Kosova seeks to restore.

As part of this initiative, the National Institute of Cultural Heritage has donated issues of magazine “Monumentet” (Monuments) and “Arkeologjia” (Archeology) to the Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes of Kosova archive. This donation will enrich the agency’s library and facilitate the exchange of expertise to enhance capabilities in the field of restoration.
