Igli Hasani, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, announced the launch of the “I Am Albanian” summer school, a project dedicated to 20 boys and girls of Albanian origin, born and raised in Italy. This 10-day summer school is organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Sports of Albania.
“The ‘I Am Albanian’ summer school is a linguistic, cultural, and historical journey in Albania,” Foreign Minister Hasani declared on social media. “It is our duty to enable and guarantee the preservation of national identity for the younger generation in the Diaspora,” continued Hasani.
This project aims to strengthen the cultural and linguistic ties of Albanian youth living abroad, familiarizing them better with their national roots and the rich history of Albania.
