Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha attended a Board of Peace briefing in New York. The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza and the Office of the High Representative also took part.

The meeting focused on coordinated international efforts to address the Gaza crisis. Hoxha said Albania actively supports these efforts. He also highlighted Albania’s contribution to the International Stabilization Force.

Hoxha said the contribution follows United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025). It also follows President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan for Gaza. He reaffirmed Albania’s commitment to working closely with its partners. The aim is to turn these commitments into tangible improvements in the lives of people in Gaza.

Meanwhile, the international efforts seek to address immediate humanitarian needs. They also aim to support lasting security and stability. Economic recovery and sustainable development in Gaza are also among the objectives.
