Gjirokastër, one of the most important historical and cultural tourism destinations, is welcoming many visitors even in these winter days.

The castle continues to be the most visited site. Since November, it has welcomed 5,200 tourists.

The winter season has not kept foreign visitors away from Gjirokastër. Although not in large numbers, as during the summer season, visitors who come for the first time or return can still be found at the castle and the museum in it.

During the month of November and until the first half of December, the castle of Gjirokastër, one of the most important sites of the City in Stone, has welcomed 5200 tourists.

In addition to the interest in the castle, foreign visitors, mostly European, have also showed interest in other sites museums in the city.

The project 365 days of tourism seems to be successfully implemented this year, as many tourist groups come to Gjirokastër every day.

Meanwhile, preparations for tourist packages for the year 2024 have also started.
