Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha met German Minister of State for Europe Gunther Krichbaum during an official visit to Berlin.

Their talks focused on Albania’s European Union accession process and its commitment to reforms and sustainable progress. Both ministers also discussed Germany’s strong support for EU enlargement.

They stressed the importance of a credible, merit-based accession process that turns reforms into concrete steps towards full membership.

Following the meeting, Hoxha described Germany as a key partner and strong supporter of Albania’s European path. He said Albania deeply valued the partnership and looked forward to closer cooperation on stronger bilateral relations and their shared European future.
