Only a few hours away from the start of the first night of the 62nd Song Festival on Albanian Radio Television, the last rehearsals for the 16 participating songs of this evening are taking place in the Palace of Congresses.

Reporter Albana Agolli, stationed at the Palace of Congresses, in connection with the news studio at RTSH 24, has revealed some of the surprises of the first night of the 62nd Song Festival at RTSH.

She stated that in total there are 31 participating performances in FEST 62, 16 of which will perform on the first evening, while 15 on the second evening.

The third evening of the Festival, which is the night of the nostalgia, will also bring songs that have also been on the Eurosong stage.

“What makes the difference is the way the stage lights composition. Lighting creates the magical atmosphere. It was the Italian stage designer Carlo Cane who has created the stage design and personally I really liked this stage design. On one side of the stage is the RTSH orchestra, which must be said to be the RTSH’s asset, and on the other side is the musical band.

It is the first time that there are so many performances. There are 31 performances and there is a high number of participants for the evening nostalgia, which is the third evening of the festival. In this night of nostalgia, there are also songs that have been recorded in Eurovision,” she said.

As to the forth evening, which is the Grand Finale of FEST 62, Agolli said there will be 20 songs that will debut, 8 of which will be from artists who step on the stage of the Song Festival at RTSH for the first time.

“A large number of songs will be sung on the night of nostalgia and on the fourth night, which is also the final night, where 20 songs will be performed, 8 of which will be selected by debutants of the RTSH festival ,” reports for RTSH Albana Agolli.
