This is an impressive private collection of xhubletas that Velo has inherited as a family treasure because of their artistic, historical value and the social sensibility of the time.

The xhubleta is a unique type of dress for its particular shape, structure, and decorating system. It is an undulating, bell-shaped folk skirt, worn by women in Northern Albania.
