Abazovic endorses ‘Open Balkans’: It is made for 6 countries! In the interest of Kosovo to be part

The first Albanian Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, has announced that he is in favor of the regional initiative “Open Balkans”. In an interview with “Klan Kosova”, Abazovic said that this initiative is created to include the six countries of the Western Balkans and that Kosovo is the one that benefits the most.
The “Open Balkans” is made for six states, it is not made for five and a half states or three and a half states, or for 4.7 states, but for six states. Everyone who participates represents themselves and their state. “My opinion, perhaps I am wrong, is that the greatest interest in the region is Kosovo to be in any regional initiative.”
The next Open Balkans Summit will be held on June 9-10 in the city of Ohrid. Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a conference with EU Commissioner for Enlargement and Good Neighborhood Oliver Varhelyi, made a public invitation to Abazovic to join the open Balkans.
