Dritan Abazovic mandated to form the new government in Montenegro has called on the EU to speed up the membership processes of the countries that intend to become part of it, so that similar scenarios as in Ukraine do not occur in other regions in Europe.

“This is a crucial moment for Europe, but perhaps also for the world. “I wish and hope that the war started by Russia in Ukraine will end,” Abazovic said.

Among other things, he said that now is the time for Europe to understand the necessity that the road to the EU should be faster for the waiting countries.
