Academic Publishers from Across Albanian Regions Gather in Pristina

The Nationwide Academic and Scientific Book Fair opened at the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo. This important event brings together all academic publishers from across the Albanian-speaking regions.
Special stands display academic publications from various scientific and research institutions in Albania, Kosovo, and beyond. The fair runs until April 25. It is organized in honor of World Book Day through cooperation between the Academy of Sciences of Albania, the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo, and the National Center for Books and Reading in Tirana.
The Albanological Institute of Pristina is a regular participant. It is presenting several of its latest academic works at the fair’s sixth edition.
The fair will also promote the scientific book The Scholarly Work of Bajram Krasniqi by Hysen Matoshi, a scientific advisor in the Literature Department of the Institute.
The Center for Studies and Publications on the Arbëresh (QSPA) will also showcase its works. Visitors can explore a rich collection of scientific, historical, literary, and ethnographic books about the Arbëresh world.
Through this participation, QSPA highlights a culture often overlooked. It also raises awareness about preserving the heritage of Albanians in Italy, which is a vital and cherished part of our national identity.
