Albania continues with the mission as part of KFOR, Peleshi: Our operatives were awarded medals by NATO

The Albanian contingents of the Armed Forces, part of the Western Command in Kosova continues with the mission as part of KFOR.
Albanian Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi informs today through social network the continuation of the mission, which was confirmed through a ceremony that took place, where the Albanian handed over the respective flags.
“Albanian contingents, part of the Kosova Western Command, handed each other the flag to continue the mission as part of KFOR,” Peleshi announced.
“Our operatives were awarded medals by NATO and 4 of them by the Ministry of Defense of Italy, for their contribution to maintaining peace and security,” concluded the announcement of Minister Peleshi.
The ceremony took place at Camp Villaggio Italia, wich is the HQ of the Western Regional Command (RC-W) of KFOR.
