Albania Under-21 coach Alban Bushi has named 21 players for a friendly against Ukraine Under-21 on October 5. The match will take place at Szentmarjay Tibor Városi Stadion in Eger, Hungary, at 15:30.

The squad will begin its training camp in Tirana on September 28. Four players are new to the Under-21 team. Mattia Huqi and Gabriel Kulla have moved up from the Under-19 side. Defenders Numan Ajetovikj of Egnatia and Omer Bajraktari of Malisheva have also chosen to represent Albania.

Meanwhile, the Ukraine match forms part of Albania’s preparations for the 2027 European Under-21 Championship. Albania Under-21 will take part in the final tournament as one of the host countries.
