The Albanian parliamentary delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, led by Igli Hasani and including Bledar Çuçi, Damian Gjiknuri and Fatmir Mediu, attended the 109th Rose-Roth Seminar in Chisinau, Moldova, on October 6-7.

The seminar, organized with Moldova’s Parliament, focused on NATO-Moldova cooperation, regional and Black Sea security, and the impact of Russia’s war against Ukraine on European security. Participants also discussed energy security, hybrid threats, disinformation and foreign interference targeting democratic institutions and electoral processes.

Parliamentarians, government officials, experts, international organizations, academics and diplomats also examined Moldova’s European integration agenda and its resilience in a challenging strategic environment. Rose-Roth seminars provide a key platform for NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly and partner parliaments to exchange experience and discuss shared security and defence priorities.
