Taulant Balla, head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group and political coordinator for the Diaspora, met today at Parliament with Lutfi Vata. Vata leads the “Ardhmëria” association in the United Kingdom.

During the meeting, Balla praised the work of the “Ardhmëria” association and its team. He highlighted their role in preserving the Albanian language and national identity among Albanians living in the UK.

“We are very grateful to the Ardhmëria team. The association teaches Albanian to 1,300 students and organizes many other cultural activities for the Albanian community,” Balla wrote about the meeting.

Officials described the meeting as another step toward stronger cooperation between Albanian institutions and diaspora organizations. They stressed education, culture, and the active involvement of Albanians abroad.
