During his stay in Skopje, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party Taulant Balla and the delegation of deputies of the Parliament of Albania held a meeting with the President of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski. During the meeting with President Pendarovski, Balla said that the two countries should increase their cooperation even more in terms of Russian interventions.

“They must cooperate in confronting Russia’s efforts to undermine democracy, through funding to political parties, the media, paying for stories, ads on Facebook and spreading fake news or misinformation on social networks. If in Ukraine, Russia attacked democracy with rockets, tanks and army, in many countries in Europe since 2014, also in the USA, Russia has tried to undermine democracies with illegal funding and interventions”, stated Balla during the meeting with the president Pendarovsky.
