Book fair in Kosova/ Ismail Kadare becomes part of the 23rd edition

The 23rd edition of the Book Fair has opened its doors in Prishtina for several days. Publishing houses participating in this fair, estimate that this edition went better than the one of the previous year. “There have been more requests for books for children, but also for adults”, Ornela Leci, “Pegi” Publishing House said.
The special feature of this year at the book fair was the presence of the great Albanian writer, Ismail Kadare, who also promoted his works summarized in 7 volumes. There have been no shortage of requests for either foreign or Albanian authors.
“This time there was perhaps a little more interest in the last book “Little Red Riding Hood, a tale for adults”, said the writer Ag Apolloni. There were many visitors, even from Albania. Despite the multitude of titles that were offered at the fair, there were also books that the citizens could not find.
The 23rd edition of the book in Prishtina closed its doors on Sunday, after welcoming thousands of citizens and offering dozens of new book titles by Albanian and foreign writers.
