TIRANA, December 9 – The Prime Minister said that colourful lights and the Christmas tree created a festive atmosphere in Korça ahead of the year-end holidays.

Meanwhile, decorations and bright lights accompanied the city throughout December and attracted residents and visitors.

Earlier today, local authorities reported that a festive mood appeared across all cities of Albania. Squares and streets featured Christmas trees and shining lights.

Later, the authorities said that cities held many festive activities in the main squares, with music and various performances, set to culminate on 31 December.

In addition, they noted that businesses opened fairs and wooden houses throughout December and promoted local bio products, supporting the local economy.
