Energy crisis in Kosovo/ Albania gives 7680 MWh of energy for December 31 and January 1 without financial effect

Albania has been able to ensure that it supplies Kosovo with 7680 megawatts / hour for December 31 and January 1, 2022 in the form of a deposit and without financial effect. This amount will be returned to Albania from Kosovo in the summer season during the period from June to September when the country is in drought and there is a lack of water reserves.
Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on Twitter, writes that despite the fact that our country is also in an energy crisis, we still can not, in popular joys such as the New Year, not share with Kosovo as much as we have.
For this, Rama said that he has asked the Ministry of Energy to evaluate any possibility of assistance to the government of Kosovo so that citizens do not lack electricity during the two days of the holiday.
