EU-Western Balkans Summit, Serbian Prime Minister says Vucic must attend, the best way to face, what she calls, hypocrisy

Tirana welcomes on Tuesday (December 6) the leaders of the European Union and the Western Balkans. But while there are questions about the Serbian president’s participation in the summit, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said that Aleksandër Vucic should be in Tirana on December 6 because, according to perspective that would be the best way to deal with what she calls hypocrisy.

“As a human being, I understand the dilemma that Vucic has. I often wonder how a person has the nerve, tolerance and patience like Aleksandri Vucic to fight and win some things for Serbia and the Serbs in Kosovo in this way,” said the Prime Minister.

The Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, announced earlier that he would not participate in the Summit of the European Union and the Western Balkans due to the soft reaction of the EU to the appointment of Nenad Rasic as Minister for Communities and Return in the Government of Kosovo. As a result of this decision, Vucic declared that no one from Serbia will be in Tirana for the EU-Western Balkans summit on December 6.
