The EU project EU4Culture released the book “Approaches – Heritage as Infrastructure of Self-Reflection.”

The book includes five essays on key cultural sites in Tirana: the “Shqipëria” mosaic, the Puppet Theater, the National Art Gallery, the former Italian Legation, and the Sotir Kolea Center.

Each essay offers a deep analysis of how heritage connects to society and cultural identity. The publication presents heritage as a space for social self-reflection.

The book is bilingual, in Albanian and English. It is available as a PDF on the ANNEX PILOT platform and as an audio version on Spotify.

Produced by the United Nations Association Albania under EU4Culture grants, the book reflects interdisciplinary research and collaboration. It explores cultural heritage as a space for dialogue and reflection on public spaces today.
