Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha is holding bilateral meetings and taking part in multilateral engagements in New York during the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly. The ministry said his activities serve Albania’s interests and aim to strengthen international partnerships.

Hoxha attended a lunch hosted by European Commission Vice-President and European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas. Western Balkan leaders and foreign ministers also attended. The minister also took part in an information meeting of the Peace Board, together with the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza and the Office of the High Representative.

The Foreign Ministry described Albania as an active and reliable partner that contributes to key issues on the international agenda.
