From January to September 2025, authorities received 1,565 online applications for certifying vehicles operating on intercity passenger transport routes.

The process is now fully digital through the e-Albania portal. This change simplifies procedures for transport operators and reduces the need for in-person visits to offices.

Any company that wants to operate on intercity passenger routes can easily apply through the “Intercity Vehicle Certification” service on e-Albania.

This step aims to fully digitize public transport services. It also seeks to improve service quality for both citizens and businesses.
