Tirana, October 8 – Kosova’s President Vjosa Osmani met yesterday with Major General Ozkan Ulutaş, the newly appointed KFOR commander.

Osmani congratulated him on his appointment and return to Kosova. She expressed full confidence in continued close cooperation to achieve shared goals for peace and security in Kosova and the region, KosovaPress reports.

The President also acknowledged the dedication of all KFOR personnel serving in the mission.

During the meeting, Osmani discussed security developments and threats from Serbia, including the use of drones. She stressed the importance of coordination between KFOR and local security institutions to prevent destabilizing actions.
