Kosovan PM Kurti Visits Croatia, Welcomed by Counterpart Plenkovic

Kosova’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti is paying an official visit to Zagreb, Croatia, today, where he was welcomed by Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković at 10:10. 

Following their meeting, the two leaders will hold a joint press conference at 11:40 to present the key topics discussed during their talks. 

Later in the day, Prime Minister Kurti will participate in the opening of the Croatia-Kosovo Economic Forum, which will feature the involvement of 30 businesses from Kosovo. 

At 15:20, Kurti is scheduled to meet with Croatia’s President, Zoran Milanovic. The visit will conclude with a meeting at the Croatian Parliament with Speaker Goran Jandrokovis. 

Accompanying Kurti on this visit are Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Sveçla, Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade Rozeta Hajdari, and Minister of Finance, Labor, and Transfers Hekuran Murati. 

During the visit, Kosova and Croatia are expected to sign several agreements, including those on social security, mutual recognition of driver’s licenses, cooperation in disaster management, and collaboration in forensic medicine. 

After concluding his visit to Croatia, Prime Minister Kurti will continue his tour with a visit to Slovenia.
