TIRANA, November 20 – President of Kosova Vjosa Osmani held a meeting with political party leaders today. She met the leaders at 10:30 a.m. after the failure to form a new government.

Yesterday, the second mandate holder for prime minister from the ranks of the Vetëvendosje (Self-determination) Movement, which won the February 9 elections, Glauk Konjufca, failed to secure enough votes to form the new executive. Konjufca received the confidence of 56 members of the Kosova Assembly.

Osmani said all political parties confirmed their participation in the meeting.
