Kosovo’s accelerated membership in NATO and the establishment of a Permanent Base of American Forces is an immediate need to guarantee peace, security and stability in the Western Balkans and beyond.

Based on the reality created after the Russian military aggression in Ukraine and its reflection in the overall security environment of the Western Balkans, Europe and the World, we ask the US and all allies and partners of the country to accelerate the process of membership of the Republic of Kosovo in NATO.

The Republic of Kosovo and its citizens, we have proven and confirmed the strong position and determination that we are worthy fighters in defense of the Euro-Atlantic values ​​of freedom, peace and democracy, the values ​​on which NATO stands and its mission.

Our allies, also the countries, members of NATO, who are reluctant to recognize the state reality of the Republic of Kosovo,
Do not hesitate anymore!
This is the time for all responsible nations to exclude no one in the common vision and before the common evil. Kosovo and its people, at this time of common challenge, as always, stand strong together with you on the right side of history.

It is also time to reiterate my call to our irreplaceable ally, the United States, to establish a Permanent Military Base for the United States as a full guarantee of peace, security, and stability in the region and beyond.

We, together, are fully aware of the potential challenges, threats and dangers, so let us act today to prevent unpredictable evil for the region, the continent and the globe on this side as well.
