Kurti addresses a message to the Serbs in Kosovo about the govt’s decision to issue entry-exit documents at all border points

Albin Kurti addressed a message to the Serbs in Kosovo in their language about the government’s decision to issue entry-exit documents at all border points, for Serbian citizens who possess identification documents issued by the Serbian authorities.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo announced that this decision will begin to be implemented on Monday, August 1, and that the process of registering cars with illegal license plates will also begin, which will be converted to RKS.
“We don’t want you to understand this decision differently, except as a response to violations of your rights, your rights as a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo. Our obligation is to protect your rights from discriminatory actions, as they are a threat to the state, threats to all of us, as its citizens. The institutions responsible for this process have made the necessary legal and logistical preparations. State officials are committed to, together with you, start and develop this process successfully”, said the Prime Minister.
The head of the executive stated that with these two decisions, the aim is to protect the rights of citizens from the discriminatory actions of the Serbian state.
