Kurti: Kosova Has Made Significant Progress in Economic Development

Kosova Prime Minister Albin Kurti, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Donika Gërvalla Schwarz, Deputy Minister Liza Gashi, and Consul General Blerim Reka, met last night with Albanian associations and organizations operating in the United States.
During the discussion with the diaspora, Prime Minister Kurti highlighted Kosova’s achievements, emphasizing economic, democratic, and social growth. He also mentioned support for women and girls in employment and business growth, stressing the importance of empowering women within society.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister discussed successes in exports and investments, stating that the state budget has increased with investments in key sectors such as defense, education, health, agriculture, and technology.
He emphasized the rule of law and the fight against crime and corruption, pointing out that international organizations confirm Kosova’s significant steps in economic and democratic development, according to KosovaPress.
Prime Minister Kurti expressed gratitude for the contributions of the Kosova diaspora in the United States and reiterated the government’s willingness to collaborate with the diaspora for Kosova’s further progress and development.
