The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, from Brussels held a telephone conversation last night with the Senior Advisor of the US Department of State, Derek Chollet.

The press office of the prime minister announced that they spoke about the agenda of the meeting that is expected to take place in Brussels with the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, as part of the talks on the implementation of an agreement supported by the West for the normalization of relations between the two countries.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of implementing the Basic Agreement and its Implementation Plan in full and in good faith.

Kurti thanked Chollet for the role and support of the United States of America to Kosovo in passing the first phase of membership in the Council of Europe last week, and for their engagement in the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
