The envoy of the European Union for the dialogue between Prishtina and Belgrade, Miroslav Lajçak, has stated that the proposal for the normalization of relations between Prishtina and Belgrade contains 11 points and that all versions of the proposal published in the media are fictions.

“I have seen some texts that were presented in the media, which were not correct, invented by certain people. There were changes, because after the first presentation of the proposal, I visited Prishtina and Belgrade, we talked and asked for comments, then we tried to include them in the proposal. We very clearly said that the essence of the proposal cannot be changed, because the essence was created with the best understanding of how to achieve normalization,” says Lajcak.

Lajcak emphasized that if one of the parties does not accept the plan, the international community will react appropriately and will provide more support to the other party, or reduce support for that other party.
