Today, the Mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, held a meeting with Daulina Osmani, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports of Kosovo.

Also in attendance at the meeting were Gentian Sala, the coordinator between the governments of Albania and Kosovo, Lis Dorambari, the sports advisor, and Edison Dobraj, the executive assistant.

Sako announced that the meeting focused on discussing the collaboration between the two institutions, regarding the organization of a significant sports event such as the 2030 Mediterranean Olympic Games. These games are scheduled to feature water sports competitions in Pristina and Durrës.

Sako also mentioned that the meeting focused on coordinating the subsequent steps concerning this matter.
