Memorandum of Cooperation between RTSH-RTK-RTCG, Raonic: We will see the results in the coming days

In an interview, Boris Raonic, the General Director of the Public Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG), expressed satisfaction with the memorandum of cooperation between RTSH, RTK, and RTCG. He stated that the results of this collaboration will become evident in the coming days.
Raonic mentioned that his work at the helm of the Public Radio and Television of Montenegro has encountered various challenges, with a primary focus on establishing financial stability, managing political balances, navigating the digital information landscape, addressing energy and ecological concerns, and improving overall efficiency. He emphasized the imperative of ensuring access in the digital age.
“It’s significant that RTK, RTSH, and RTCG have come together in Shkodër for collaborative efforts. I am pleased that we will witness the results of this cooperation in the coming days,” highlighted Raonic.
I arrived two years ago with a system and a demanding task. Now, we stand as the most-watched television channel in Montenegro. We boast the best technological development in the Balkans, with numerous projects focused on economic transition. We are addressing everything that hasn’t been done in the last three decades, and despite the challenges, we are making significant strides in this period.
“I faced various challenges when I took over, including the establishment of financial stability, addressing digital information, managing political balances, and enhancing energy and ecological development and efficiency. While we’ve overcome the challenge of local television, new hurdles have emerged from platforms like Spotify and Netflix. Our goal is to embrace the digital era by providing content from Montenegro, ensuring our viewers experience content that aligns with our tradition and culture. These are formidable challenges, but we are confident in our ability to confront them,” he remarked.
