The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu in her speech at the meeting between the two governments spoke about the cooperation agreement between the two departments.

She said the agreement will provide mutual protection and even more social services for children in both countries.

“The highest interest of the children brings us together today. Mutual protection will provide even more social services for children in both countries. Both our ministries are committed to standardize these procedures regarding the management of cases of children in need of protection on both sides of the border,” said Manastirliu.

While Minister Murati, from the Kosovar side, said that the hand of the state must be felt whereever the necessary parental care is lacking.
