Museum of Independence has been visited by about 60-70 people per day during August

The Museum of Independence in Vlora is one of the most visited during the summer season. Dozens of mostly Albanian tourists from Kosovo and North Macedonia visit this museum in the evening hours.
“I’m from Kosovo, it’s great, it’s the first time I visit Vlora, I like it. Nothing else has interested me but the museum.”
But there are vacationers who have been impressed by it and have visited it more than once.
“I was once when I was 8 years old, now I came back from Gostivar in Macedonia.”
“I am from Skopje, I will visit it, I have come before. It is very important for us.”
The museum has also impressed a girl from Singapore who is visiting Albania for the first time.
“It’s wonderful, it’s the first time I’ve been here and I’ve heard from thousands of Albanian friends about this museum. I like it.”
The director of the independence museum, Istref Dobi, says that the Albanians of Kosovo and North Macedonia are more curious to see documented history. The office of Ismali Qemali impresses them the most.
During the month of August, the Museum of Independence was visited by about 60-70 people per day.
