Over 30 thousand visitors have visited the National History Museum from January to August of this year, mostly foreign but also local tourists.

Foreign or local visitors and students too, have shown growing interest on the history of Albania from ancient times to the present, displayed through the artifacts and other objects exhibited.

The museum displays 4750 objects in eight pavilions starting from the 4th millennium BC to the second half of the 20th century, where the Antiquity Pavilion is one of the richest with nearly 400 different objects.

On the other hand, during 2022, commemorative activities and scientific conferences on country’s history have been organized in the premises of the museum.
