“Nëntori 28” exhibition opens at FAB Gallery

The Faculty of Fine Arts (FAB) Gallery hosts the annual “Nëntori” exhibition. This is the 28th edition.
The group started in 1998 with Llambi Blido, Besim Tula, and Stefan Taçi. They aimed to promote painting when new media—installation, video, performance—were gaining attention. Early members included Sadik Kaceli, Vilson Kilica, Sali Shijaku, Ismail Lulani, Ksenofon Dilo, Isuf Sulovari, Agim Zajmi, Zef Shoshi, and Niko Progri.
In the 2000s, the group added new artists, including Gazmend Leka, Anastas Konstandini, Vangjo Vasili, Pëllumb Bylyku, Eniela Veveçka, Shpëtim Kërçova, Brikena Bërdo, Mikel Temo, Ardit Boriçi, Erion Bardhi, Artan Buca, Armando Boce, Dea Tili, Orlis Vathi, Erina Dibra, Denisa Brahimi, Meri File, Fatmir Juka, Nesti Taço, and Aurel Nukaj.
Today, debates between media have quieted. The group keeps growing with fresh talent.
FAB says the 28th edition proves “Nëntori” remains a strong promoter of contemporary life and painting values.
