Researcher Evarist Beqiri has published the English version of his book, The Founder – Ismail Qemal Vlora on Leadership. This edition follows four updated reprints in Albanian.

He also brought peace among the Druze and other mistreated communities in Syria and Lebanon, where he served as governor-general. He supported Jewish and Armenian communities at a time when Europe had turned its back on them,” Beqiri writes.
