Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has traveled to Brussels. She will attend the EU–Western Balkans Summit.

The President’s Office said the summit will focus on the partnership between the European Union and the Western Balkans. Leaders will discuss EU enlargement and the region’s European perspective.

During the summit, President Osmani will meet EU institutional leaders. She will also speak with other participating leaders on issues important to Kosovo. The lifting of measures against Kosovo and progress toward EU integration will be key priorities.

The agenda also includes the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans. Leaders will discuss stronger economic integration with the EU single market. They will address economic development, investment, and reforms.

Participants will also talk about security and defense cooperation. Topics include the common foreign and security policy, hybrid and cyber threats, migration management, and shared regional and European challenges.
