Osmani Meets NATO Admiral, Highlights Security Challenges in Northern Kosovo

Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani met today with Admiral Stuart B. Munsch, Commander of NATO’s Joint Forces Command in Naples. During the meeting, Osmani raised concerns about security challenges in northern Kosovo and Serbia’s ongoing threats.
She emphasized the key role of KFOR in preventing escalation and safeguarding peace. According to the Presidency, Osmani praised KFOR’s continuous commitment to ensuring stability and security for Kosovo’s citizens.
The President highlighted the importance of close cooperation between Kosovo’s security institutions and KFOR, describing it as vital for maintaining stability in the region.
Osmani also reaffirmed Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic path, noting that the Kosovo Security Force is being developed in line with NATO standards. She expressed gratitude for NATO’s ongoing support and underlined Kosovo’s determination to remain a reliable and active partner of the democratic world.
