Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani met in The Hague with the OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities, Kairat Abdrakhmanov. He discussed with him Albania’s substantial progress in improving the legal framework for the protection of minority rights.

Hasani  informed that during the meeting he emphasized the issue of the passivation of the addresses of Albanians in the south of Serbia, which, according to him, deprives them of basic rights, including the right to vote.

“We discussed the substantial progress made by Albania in improving the legal framework for the protection of minority rights, as evidence of our commitment to promoting inclusiveness and equality.
