Today, the esteemed actor and giant of the Albanian stage, Robert Ndrenika celebrates his 82nd birthday. The National Theater (NTH) extended congratulations to the beloved artist.

‘Health, prosperity, and a long life’ was conveyed in the online congratulations published by NTH for Robert Ndrenika on his 82nd birthday.

Born on January 10, 1942, in Vuno, Ndrenika embarked on his acting career after graduating. He commenced at the ‘Skampa’ theater in Elbasan and later transitioned to the National Theater, where he dedicated himself until his retirement. Among his notable performances are in theater productions such as ‘Much Ado About Nothing,’ ‘Twelfth Night,’ ‘The Prefect,’ ‘The Fisherman’s Family,’ ‘6 Years Pregnant,’ and ‘It’s Snowing Outside.’

Ndrenika has contributed to creation of a rich cinematic legacy, portraying a diverse range of roles encompassing both tragic and comic characters. His expert portrayal of these characters has not only immortalized the roles but also contributed significantly to the enduring legacy of the films.

Robert Ndrenika has featured in over 30 films, including titles such as ‘ The eighth in bronze,’ ‘Captain,’ ‘War path,’ ‘In our house,’ ‘Concert in 1936,’ and ‘Teacher,’ among others. Due to his exceptional contributions, he received the prestigious titles of ‘Artist of the People’ and ‘Honor of the Nation’.
