PM Rama in Brussels: Denada Shkodrani Provides Details

Prime Minister Edi Rama traveled to Brussels this Tuesday, December 3, for important meetings with Western Balkan leaders and European officials. RTSH journalist Denada Shkodrani reported that Rama, along with the other leaders of the Western Balkans, will meet with the new President of the European Council, Antonio Costa.
At 16:00, Prime Minister Rama is also scheduled to meet with Kaja Kallas, the newly appointed head of European Union diplomacy.
“Today, Prime Minister Rama and the six leaders of the Western Balkans will engage in a series of meetings in Brussels, just days after the appointment of the new European leadership. The leaders will not only meet with the President of the European Council but will also hold bilateral discussions with the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs. These developments are closely linked to the new European Union agenda for the Western Balkans,” Shkodrani stated.
In addition, the leaders of the Western Balkans will hold bilateral meetings. In the evening, President Costa will host an informal dinner, bringing together Kosova’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
“All the leaders of the Western Balkans will hold bilateral meetings. An informal dinner will also take place this evening, where the EU’s new foreign policy chief will meet separately with Vucic and Kurti before joining the dinner,” Shkodrani added.
